Not just done financially, but also done with regards to trust and confidence (it's already very low now but it will be non-existent if no news by then). Thoroughly done.
What I find amusing is there's no guidance on Carrinho offtake conversion into an agreement (in terms of both ETA and requirements), so you just don't know when it will be completed.
