Interestingly they have not included a Resolution for the issue of the options.

The AGM has to be conducted by the end of this month with a minimum 28 days notice.
Although I don't know, IMO they didn't have the documentation etc in place in time to include in the AGM. Possibly a hang up with the ASX who look at all these things. Issuing 7c options when at the time the SP was 9.1c is highly unusual so the ASX may be having a close look at this, it's possible they won't even let it go to a vote.

More likely they ran out of time to have it included and there'll be another meeting to vote on these.
