The announcements at the time did contain uncertainty and confusion around what was subject to shareholder approval, and RedBarron provided some good clarity around that time, but I've had a quick look back and the comments in announcements I saw did say "General Meeting", not "Annual General Meeting" so whether they knew they wouldn't have time to be ready for the AGM, or whether strategically they wanted a GM in isolation I'm not sure. Must admit it does seem odd that they couldn't make it happen and inlcude in AGM, so let's see how it plays out.
