    Hi Gammat,

    Au Mining unsecured loan is at 15% interest,

    WKT's secured loan is 19.21, and the Unsecured loan rate is 21.21%. WKT also had a significant loan application fee of around US$3.5mil for a US$20mil loan.

    MRC deal is 6.21% lower than WKT's
