BB can do what ever he likes with his shares as long as he fulfils his reporting requirements. He has done that so to me the share sales are irrelevant.
However BB was a member of the FFX board which is now looking like it acted in a shambolic manner. Certainly has destroyed $100'sM
As a Director him and the rest of his buddies were one of two things:
- Derelict in their oversight of the companies executives and operations of the company - The shareholders eye and ears. - Or plain stupid and out of their depth
Not sure which is worse.
The shitstorm at FFX started well before the 31st May, the warnings were there with the trade payables increasing is just one example.
