I think the board did the best anyone could in this situation. Certainly better than any of the moaners, groaners and conspiracy theorists here on hotcopper could do..
Management will continue to see through the sale and all administrative duties up until Leo has no further obligation to this project.
They will generate revenue through consultancy services.
I'm also interested to see what possible opportunities they may come up with.
This team brings a wealth of experience and skill sets as well as the valuable contacts within the industry they have nurtured; and, (as I see it), that is the value they bring to the table.
As far as I'm concerned, I'm sticking with LEO.

I can afford to park my share holding with Leo until this comes to a conclusion.
Everyone's take on this is different depending on their situation.

Just my opinion, don't care what anyone else thinks at this stage.
