I have voted for sale if the mine and appointment of Amber ( 2 and 3 ) and against 1,4 and 5. I have 3 large seperate holdings. I’m annoyed they couldn’t negotiate with Ganfeng for a straight takeover for the same cost to Ganfeng. A straight takeover would be much better for shareholders and wouldn’t cost Ganfeng anymore ( infact I’d accept less than the current offer ). The fact they negotiated the terms as they have makes me feel like they are more interested in keeping their jobs ( and power ) than recuperating funds for shareholders. I urge all shareholders to do the same - there’s always a chance our votes will count. GLTAHs
