if key personnel leave, that's on them, don't like being blackmailed after what's already happened.

in all honesty I think it's a threat because the way this has all gone down if they don't assist with the deal will result in more questions being asked etc, and it will look very bad on them if they forged a deal based on X and knew they could squeeze money out of shareholders.

I'd rather not pay tax on any of the tranches too
