++ Fun fact, Cowden was paid an extra $1,000 / day

Michael Anderson ~ termination by either party 6 months
++ by mutual agreement, Anderson left his position immediately ~ paid 6 months in lieu FTR

Scott Lowe ~ Lowe 3 months, Company 6 months
~ 21 July 2023, termination agreement effective 31 August 2023
+ worked 5 weeks of notice period, the remaining was paid in lieu
