That’s what I find mind blowing, is that we are being asked to vote on a sale of our only asset with tax implications still unresolved & no clarification on T2 payment or plans to distribute…
Can somebody please rationalise that for me, because I can’t see how there can be a meeting/vote in good conscience without finalising ALL the detail.
