the goulamina services agreement and the sale contract are two completely different deals and if they are linked somehow shareholders should be informed.
no issue with ganfeng paying retention bonuses through the services agreement and i don't even see why we are voting on passing that on? financially doesn't effect us, yet its taped on to this resolutions.
like franky said the top 20 will decide whether these resolutions pass but if they don't or they are likely not to I would expect the board to have contingencies, not just be standing there like a deer in headlights.
