SO $5k out of MY pocket into the pockets of these very highly paid execs who are basically saying "I know with our bonus structures we took on the same risks you did as an investor, and the company did not do well, losing some 40% on the IPO price, but we expect to be paid our bonuses anyway despite you losing out".

*40% so far, if this ever trades again even with circa 50c in assets this will trade at a much lower level I would say somewhere between 25-35c
