so a third of tranche 1 is likely being repaid as unfranked dividends, so we lose our CGT discount benefit and have to pay bloody tax on it?!??!?!
that is, on the money that's already been taxed to s**t ..
the whole endeavour is a loss for me, so I can't fathom why I have to pay tax?
