Not sure, but I took the discussion here to indicate that no/almost no major holder has officially cast their vote including FFX. I also don't rate FFX communication abilities highly enough for them to have informed LLL either way, nor their comprehension ability high enough to fully believe they even understand they have to pay LLL $11.5 million.
I think they will be aggrieved if retail voted them down, since they clearly think they deserve res 4 or else why even put it up to vote. If institutions and others vote it down who have more or an impact on their future career paths than retail does that's great. FFX doesn't fit into either category.
