3. It is currently proposed that Gangfeng will contribute 75% of the cost of the Retention Awards payable to Mr. Richards and Mr Chamberlain and 100% of the Retention Award payable to Mr. Blackwell. Gangfeng will not contribute to the cost of the Special Incentive award payable to the Managing Director.
It’s clear that this is costing shareholders next to SFA as per @foocas previous posts imo.
Anyway, each to their own and let’s hope the whole deal doesn’t get derailed and we end up with SFA.
