I agree with your approach.
The overall outcome for investors has been a poor one. The LLL employees have been paid very well and it is unfortunate they won’t receive the riches they expected but neither have shareholders.
It’s looking like long term holders will have to continue holding to receive anything from the current cash balance or tranche 2. There is still massive uncertainty and we will not see any cash until 2025.
