there would have been nothing in it for the BoD, they needed a long drawn out process so they could set up all these bonuses before shutting it down, going to be very interesting to see what percentage vote no to the remuneration and bonuses, I think we have to assume FFX and a few of the larger holders will vote yes (mates helping mates) but by god surely no one else will.
what do we need to vote it down? 50%?
