I did the same, I would vote against 3 as well but I don't trust this BoD to get a better deal or be able to navigate a tricky situation with ganfeng and Mali, with these guys in charge it'd be likely they would fumble and we would somehow end up with nothing
be nice to get someone that has our interests front and foremost this lot are clearly in it for themselves at this point, spending a lot of time working out how to extract what they think they are entitled too and not enough on how to get our money back to atleast a break even point
we need to distribute the full amount from tranche 1 and 2 IMO, why do they deserve another chance?
