hi mate, isn’t one of the issues then, is that the ASX “is not minded” to relist us at 26% as we’re a minority holder of the project with effectively no control, therefore the ASX doesn’t view a minority investment as our “primary” business? We could stay unlisted for a while while seeking other projects.
id have much fathered the BOD confirm 100% of both tranches are to be returned and IF they find a good project before final payment we all get to vote to put that money into said project. ATM we are being held hostage with the “we might” pay you all tranche 2….
i also do not want a share buy back as that would mean less $$$ if tranche 2 is returned. ROC definitely and then unfortunately at special dividend….. i get simon said we can’t have it all returned as ROC,
