You know damn well he sold .. .. .. .. so is your gripe just with Borg because he sold and you now consider he has no vested interest in the Company and thus "not aligned" with shareholders?

Up until Borg sold he had invested 6.5 times his gross LLL annual salary (inc Committee fees) but still holding 8,000,000 shares, I would conclude he would be more than anyone else aligned to work in the interests of shareholders, given the potential he would / could have returned by the sheer size of his holding.
Whether you believe his reasoning for selling at the time or not is up to you, but I would imagine he would have a hefty tax liability from his sales of FFX shares (given that was predominately to fund his pro rata costs in the LLL demerger)

Before you carry on making suggestions of "whatever" , I was vocal in suggesting Borg should have been released from the Leo Lithium board as being a link to Firefinch,

Didn't bother to recalculate Hay's nor any of the others as your interest seems only to be with Borg, but before you claim Hay as being a "greedy bastard" with the inclusion of Performance Rights showing in the following spreadsheet calculations.
Short Term Incentives awarded to Hay were resoundingly passed at the AGM.
