As a share holder for the last few years I have been increasing frustrated and concerned about the behaviour of two of our substantial shareholders churning the stock and short selling it on a daily basis happy to supply UBS appendix notices showing buy , sell, loan ,borrow & return hundreds of daily trades and not to mention notices to scare retail investors into selling. In addition, noted this year using the NZ stock exchange to manipulate the Australian market (its easier to drop) just after year end results. Note that UBS is also domicile in Switzerland like Nestle.

This market manipulation is both unfair to retail investors and not in the spirit of why I am a supporter and shareholder of A2 milk. Does A2 intend to do something about this such as issue more guidance on a regular basis to negate the manipulation or complain to ASIC? A low valuation as a result of market manipulation could also lead the organisation being targeted as a bargain for a takeover offer wasting managements valuable time.
