Have heard absolutely zero from ASIC re behaviour of Directors...

Have heard absolutely zero from ASIC re behaviour of Directors and Executive of the last five years. Company has been left out to dry by appalling management and board decisions and guess what , it's just bad luck for shareholders who trust in the board and management to act in the shareholders best interests.
Suggest one should Never ever blindly trust any board or management to act in your best interests and would like to know if any board members or employees got out of this lemon before it went belly up.
Can anyone answer this for me ?
