And for all the comments on Michael's salary, tbh, outside of the bonus there's not a lot that can change as it's a fixed term contract until 2025.



But the most interesting thing about the upcoming vote is that if the rem report gets a protest vote in excess of 25% then there is a spill, which is significant. Irrespective of your views this is a vote that shareholders should take seriously. If I were Simon, I'd be topping up on market pretty quickly...
