The market is clear about pricing the company (worthless shell). What is unclear is whether the shell valuation is disastrous or catastrophic for the holders, neither is advantageous.
Despite your (much appreciated) "...hanging on with everything crossed", BCC needs a much stronger plan from the BOD/Management to guide BCC through these turbulent times. The worst part is that this is only the BEGINNING of the bad news.
Lack of funds, further IP sales, finding new revenue streams, settlement conditions, further legal costs and any subsequent legal action by the RP against BCC are still yet to come...
