Question I have is what I should vote for at the AGM.
I think the CEO has to go. He is not taking responsibility for the current predicament and was clearly out of his depth in negotiating the original contract and then getting taken to the cleaners in a legal battle we started. I love some of the optimism with regards to the independent valuation, I do not share the optimism primarily due to the fact that reason we went to court was the JV entity was not making much profit.
The board has watched all the ineptitude continue, and I feel should be held to account. But what happens if you vote the whole board off. My fear is the CEO with 8 months left on his contract takes control....
