The valuation is yet to be decided but a lot of people caning MC and the board but what if the value comes in really strong? What would people accept as a satisfactory return? Noting we can't turn back time and share holders can only hope to maximise returns from here on out.
To that end surely the board also must have some idea what the entity is worth, could be a good question for the AGM as to their expecations, whether it materialises or not. You would think they would have done internal modeling or sought a rudimentary professional valuation from somewhere before entering the arbitration process? Especially consdering they listed being forced to sell as a possible outcome to unlock value!
