to my understanding the first few resolution were about re-jigging the placement capacity to have the recent raise classified as "having shareholder approval" so that they can issue further shares if need be without further shareholder approval in the near future. Not having it pass , means any further large raises would require our approval. To me this signals that it would be unlikely they will come to market for further cash at this stage.

the ones regarding the director's participation was to have them raise another < $1m by issuing themselves shares at 0.04, its peanuts in the scheme of things, i dont think it would matter too much in the long run! it's clear the company doesnt need that cash injection at this time.
