That's what made me wonder if something bigger is going on and HHR don't want to get drawn into a Q&A session at the meeting.
You would expect that HHR would just pull the contentious resolutions and continue with the placement resolutions but they didn't. I'm guessing that the placement resolutions will roll over to the AGM.
