If the reason for cancelling the AGM is in response to no votes to the resolutions then it is very disappointing the company saw no value in providing an update to shareholders and facilitating Q&A with the very people concerned enough to oppose the resolutions.
Many holders are sitting on large paper losses since the 'transformational' deal. We deserve the opportunity to hear from and speak with the company rather than relying on the occasional marketing presentation or tweet.
Hoping the meeting will be rescheduled or an alternative forum scheduled to address our concerns. I for one was not consulted by the company prior to the cancellation. Were any other holders consulted as per the announcement?
Will also be emailing the company asking for more information.
