Sm1 cant sell A2M product it manufacturers for A2M so although they have the licence thats where it ends. is Sm1 threatening to not manufacture for a2m? this would be a lose lose, end in court and probably trigger a hostile takeover of Sm1 by a2m. a2m has a second factory that can obtain the right to manufacture for China whilst SM1 will struggle to replace the demand of a2m
