I understand bugger all to be honest, all I know is that these things generally don't end that well.
I believe that the new Synlait customer(even though information is very limited) is giving Synlait a little bit of a back stop to play hard ball, it was originally thought that this new customer would become their biggest customer in a few years and could explain there claim to another samr in progress and they have dedicated a whole plant to them. Though it can be said that info has dried up on all this so who knows, but it is believed to be a large multinational, maybe this has ruffled A2m feathers.
