I'll put it simply this all started over forecasting by A2m which it supplied to Sm1 which the companies have disagreed on its content and on top of this the changeover to the new China label probably caused further issues, especially on the supply side which more than likely also effected English label.
So who is in the right or wrong will probably end up being decided by a court.
Everyone thinks it all revolves around A2m but I see a potential third party in this who has a benefit in A2m being hurt and who may just be willing to come on board to block A2m further ownership and assist if needed, we know they are already in the picture.
Certainly less rosey for A2m if this happens.
