No one knows who it is but they must have given some pretty good guarantees for the work SM1 has done.
You seem a little short sighted in saying if it is Abbott it doesn't inspire confidence, but you seem to not have accounted if they are relaunching with a new brand from the percieved best dairy lands in the world with limited association brand wise. They are in sight, just delayed, maybe awaiting SAMR!
I think the new customer is very material and is one of the reasons SM1 is giving it back to A2m as they have a viable alternative, naturally they would like to keep A2m but are not going to be walked over by them..
