IMO This is just good house cleaning, This group was formed to be able to put up the 249D. They had to hold a % or 100 sh to call the 249d. Now that the old BOD have gone the group has/have gone back to their own holdings. Hence the requirement to announce they are no longer a major SH.(the group) As you can see from the notice no shares have be sold or transferred.
