Yes you’re correct @longreach, my apologies. I was referencing the announcement dated 3rd Feb “Proposed issue of Securities - SGC” 7C.1 which did state “Proposed issue date” 8th Feb.
Like was pointed out by another fellow poster, the Convertible Note share issue 45Mill odd, was definitely one reason why we didn’t have quite the run XST enjoyed last week. I’d say they are now all on market and we just have to churn through another 30-40Mill.... (maybe less) of the 6.5c placement Shares until we really re-rate. Remember not all placement shares will be dumped, some will be holding for much larger gains then +50%.
