Agreed, as of 2 February K Baker had increased his holdings by ~ 1.6 million shares to over 18 million shares, but he was diluted when the convertible note share issue were allocated. We are yet to see the extra 76 million shares issued for the latest placement ($5.0 million at 6.5 cents). Mind you he may have sold down today, but my view is that it was some of the convertible note issued shares. We may never know (but the company will).
