According to this, price per share for this transaction was ~$1.12 not $1.05 and GF only sold 30,800,000 shares compared to the AFR article stating "Petra Capital crossed a line of 46.4 million shares in Core Lithium" ... "The trade was done at $1.05 a share, 14 per cent discount to Core Lithium’s last close. It was worth $48 million."
Maybe, there were multiple cross trades (assuming this is possible), which raises the question of what price they were done at. Or maybe it was not just Ganfeng's shares involved. Assuming either of these are possible, it seems interesting.
