What's that old saying that comes to mind:

People sell for many different reasons, but buy only for one (potential price rise/being cheap)?

Also, MAG Board did recently do a big funding deal with the Chinese over on AGC, so hopefully can do something similar here (and you'd hope for a better deal for MAG too as MAG's grounds are much better and AGC was a MAG baby/spin-off, and the Board owns a lot more MAG than AGC so have a lot more to gain through a better deal for MAG).

See what happens - fingers crossed it's soon, and worth the wait.
