    The AVB BOD decided to dance without our knowledge.

    Now we will take appropriate action and get AVB under our wing.

    Devolved of most of the board. You are welcome to them, but not under the AVB umbrella.

    We want to sail the AVB ship alone, with our directors and a Superior Chairman...
