My position (AVB hat) from day one was, sure take all the availiable timer as a seller, but that this would do the 50% plus with ease, I would say way past that even next week, I expect the usual rush nearer the end especially so with the larger holders, (reputations, no eager weakness etc) and 80% plus acceptance before the final final and the inevitable compulsory aquisition IMHO. Bid was too well put together and unequivocally supported by the Brazil crowd, just about made anything much else a bit academic, I sure did learn something in all this! I can say with some knowledge that the in ground assets will prove to be money very well spent.
Of course it's just my opinion and many will have others, time will tell.
