It looks like they own almost all the land too. Leases in the expenses was just 6mil whereas Investment property on the balance sheet is 2.657 bil.
ABP buying more here is interesting, getting to just under 10%.
Many of the US listed storage facilities have been rallying of late but ABP and NSR are in a holding pattern. Something may be brewing with one of the US players again (PSA last time).
I still think if we had 3 parties interested a year ago, at least 1 is still looking. In my view it's an underappreciated asset space.
