Target acceptance 485,207,428 shares is 90% of the 539,119,364 shares on issue.
So far a cumulative 404,181,184 shares is 83.3% of the total 485,207,428 acceptances required to achieve the 485,207,428 target. The tally is at 74.97% of the shares on issue.
Just 27,114,308 acceptances required to achieve the 80% target ( 431,295,491 shares ) for CGT rollover relief for eligible MEP shareholders.
Just 81,026,244 acceptances remaining to achieve the 90% target ( 485,207,428 shares ) for proceeding to compulsory acquisition of remaining MEP shares.
