Actually, if ADN get another 20-30M in the next few days and Selfwealth are holding up another 30M then that STOPS ADN from beginning the compulsory acquisition.
Once ADN are at 90% the deal is done and they start buying the last 10% the next day.

Maybe there are other smaller broker/advisors doing the same thing. I'd give ADN a call and let them know.
Maybe they can speak to SW or Computershare/ASX to fix this?

I have received letters from the ASX stating the acceptance of the offer.

print at the bottom....
"subject to the offer finalising your acceptance, this transaction has no direct impact on the balance of the securities in your CHESS holding."

New closing date of the 25th Feb 7pm to pick up the scraps
