They will just take what they can get at 10 cents and sit on it for now. Would not surprise me to see SPC sell as well.
Won't get within a bulls roar of 90%. That is not the point of the takeover anyway. it is simply to get Todd out of the way, and now Zeta must have had its reasons for selling as well, probably as pointed out above.
In time they will come with a scrip offer for CUE using NZOG shares. Anyone not selling now will need to be prepared to take the NZOG shares.
