We’re working with Helmsec Global Capital Limited on capital initiatives – the first stage of which is the share reduction to be considered at the EGM on 24/11. Once that process is completed, we’ll then be in a position to progress some funding initiatives which should provide a solid foundation to focus on re-building value in the company . We’re all very disappointed with the current share price which doesn’t sensibly reflect the underlying value in our projects . This is partly due to the market waiting to see how we progress our capital initiatives, and to a generally subdued market for junior exploration companies. We anticipate being in a position to announce further details on our capital initiatives post the EGM on 24/11.
