for a grand total of $100,000 as the vollume simple wasnt there
2nd he still holds 12,209698 shares hardly a major sell down ( maybe he needed an oil change in his ferrari )he has held them for over 3 yrs

4th also you failed to mention another director dr micheal nissen buying a small parcel of shares 23,904 he is topping up when he already had 7,426,096. he nowholds 7,450,000 and 200,000 options
