I look at it this way. It's still nearly double the price when Zola kicked us in the nuts last year - but it still went on to 10 cents in the same year.
The disappointment of Zola was mitigated when we purchased this land from LTR. We are now paying that price so it's a short term pain for long term gain in my view.
