I haven't read a recommendation from the directors.

Done a fantastic job? I beg to differ. They made many errors and this cost holders probably another $1 per share. Biggest error they made was allowing Eramet to dictate how the quarterly reporting should be laid out.

I'm out though, but far from convinced that Eramet will get 90%.
