i saw this article in the Base Resources thread, the author seems to agree with you, maybe regulators can do a better job regarding transparency and quarterly reporting standards/guidelines but also protecting small shareholders from those wolf like aggressive takeovers where only big shareholders tend to gain at the expense of small retail players ?
