Well said KEG75, you have my vote as being the HC Arbitrator!! Hindsight is a wonderful tool when participating in the blame game as so many on this thread seem to do. I too was blindsided by what appeared to be a worthwhile and beneficial project for our planet and having competent leaders at the helm. This is now all in the past. How about we now abandon this thread and start a new one, say "Where do we go from here, realistically."?
